Oltretutto, le risorse che il Ministero della Salute può mettere a disposizione, vengono erose dagli aumentati costi per le prolungate degenze. La inadeguatezza del numero di personale a disposizione, poi, non permette di mettere in atto l'unico sistema che potrebbe aiutare la guarigione dei pazienti infetti ed evitare i contagi, cioè l'isolamento in camere singole. Studi scientifici effettuati un po' in tutto il mondo, utilizzando la fotocatalisi e il sistema Victory™, riportano dati eclatanti di eliminazione dei batteri in maniera continua e risolutiva … È nata una nuova speranza.
